A GANG of "happy slappers" filmed a teenager being kicked in the crotch.
The attack took place as the 15-year-old victim was walking through Priory Park, in Victoria Avenue, Southend.
He told police three men approached him, one of whom suddenly ran towards him and kicked him between his legs.
As the stunned youngster writhed in pain, he noticed one of the other men was holding up a mobile phone to film the assault.
The three yobs then ran off.
The victim described his main attacker as a white man, aged 17 or 18, and was wearing a dark T-shirt with white words on the front.
