The installation of a roundabout will lead to a trio of Rayleigh roads being off limits.
Hullbridge Road, Rawreth Lane and Mortimer Road will be linked by a new roundabout which is set to be built over the next few months.
However, the installation works, being undertaken by TDR Groundworks, will result in the three roads being temporarily closed.
Motorists will be unable to proceed on Rawreth Lane between Hullbridge Road and Exmouth Drive, while Mortimer Road will be off limits between Hullbridge Road and Eastview Drive.
The restrictions will be in place from May 12 for 38 days, potentially causing congestion.
Meanwhile, Hullbridge Road will be out of bounds from its junction with Down Hall Road for a distance of 360m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on June 14 for five nights.
Alternative routes will be available via Down Hall Road, London Road, Carpenters Arms Roundabout, Chelmsford Road, Beeches Road, Watery Lane, Eastview Drive, Fairland Close and Hambro Hill.
>A host of restrictions are set to be put in place on Pitsea, Wickford, Basildon and Langdon Hills roads within the next two-and-a-half months.
No waiting at any time guidelines will be enforced on 11 roads from June 14.
Pitsea Hall Lane, Highcliffe Road, Southend Road, Cranes Lane, Sandpiper Lane, Valence Way, Debden Green, Breams Field, Manning Grove, Albyns and Rye Mead will be effected by the changes, with each having no waiting at any time restrictions put in place.
However, a small section of Pitsea Hall Lane - at its junction with Brackendale Avenue - will see the same current restrictions revoked as part of the new plans.
Meanwhile, parking bays for disabled badge holders only on Waldegrave, Basildon, will become available for disabled permit holders.
>Motorists will be unable to turn left onto Broadmayne from the Fremnells, Fryerns, due to incoming restrictions.
Street lighting replacement works will see the junction being out of bounds for two nights from May 26 between 10pm and 5am.
An alternative route will be available via Whitmore Way and Church Road.
