PUPILS had their commitment and enthusiasm rewarded at a celebration awards assembly.
There were cakes and certificates for youngsters at Belhus Chase specialist humanities college, whose parents were also invited along to look at their work.
Wendy Walker, a school manager, said: "One of the most important things to remember in life is that it is not always about being first or being the best, it's about doing your best, and that is what we celebrate at Belhus Chase School.
"They have all worked extremely hard and have given one hundred percent commitment and enthusiasm."
