West End bow - Annabelle Sanders
A PUPIL at Leigh North Street Junior School is the latest local youngster to make her debut on the West End stage.
Annabelle Sanders, nine, of Wellstead Gardens, Westcliff, has just battled through an audition to win a part in Billy Elliot.
She is anxiously awaiting a call to say when she makes her debut and dances on stage in the Victoria Palace Theatre in London.
She said: "I am very excited and can't wait"
Annabelle honed her skills at Tiffany Theatre School in London Road, Leigh.
