The existing 1.1 acre walled garden will be returned to its former glory featuring formal, herb and kitchen gardens, a specimen orchard, and large lawned areas to host open air performances and events.
A coffee shop will be housed in what was previously the coachman's cottage.
The restored farm buildings will form part of the Royal Opera House Production Park, which is being developed jointly by the Royal Opera House, Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation, East of England Development Agency, Thurrock Council, Creative & Cultural Skills and Arts Council England, East.
