YOUNGSTERS made the most of the school holidays at a fun day at Shoebury Park.
A range of of activities were on offer to entertain children of all ages - from an easter egg hunt to a display from Cycles UK and a 35ft-long obstacle course.
Southend United football club also hosted a skills session.
The event was organised by police community support officer Emma Hewitt.
Her colleagues from Essex Police taught self defence skills during a special display.
She said: "We wanted to organise something for youngsters in Shoebury to look forward to during the school holidays.
"What better than a fun day for all ages?"
The popular Art Wall was also relaunched for teenagers who enjoy graffiti, while the fire service educated people about fire safety.
