GIRLS in Westcliff have brought Shakespeare to life with a production of one of the Bard's classics.
Pupils from Year 9 and 10 at St Bernard's High School performed A Midsummer Night's Dream for three nights last week.
Head of drama Michelle Chen-Porter and dance teacher Sian Keaufling-Burns led the rehearsals which included plenty of input from pupils.
Mrs Chen-Porter said: "It's obviously an all girl cast and they have really embraced the Shakespearean aspect.
"They have worked really hard on it and the brilliant forest set has been done by the art department."
