A celebs versus dads' charity football match attracted a host of famous faces including Ground Force's Tommy Walsh, former boxer Terry Marsh, Royle Family star Ralph Little and footballers Ray Parlour and Ian Ferguson.
The game, held at Billericay Town FC ground, was organised by staff and parents of St Peter's RC Primary School, in Billericay, to raise funds towards the building of a new classroom.
The team of celebrities made up of former Arsenal players and TV stars took on the dads and relatives of St Peter's pupils.
Kim Brand, 38, a parent who helped organise the match, said: "The score was 10-1 to Arsenal. Tommy Walsh had to be carried off early on, with an ankle injury.
"Ray Parlour ended up playing for us, because he is friends with one of the families athe school. He scored our only goal!"
The final total still has to be totted up, but the event raised at least £10,000.
