A TEENAGER was left with a suspected broken nose after he was allegedly kicked in the face during a playground fight.
The 13-year-old victim was in the playground of Chase High School, Westcliff, on Monday lunchtime when the incident happened.
It began when another pupil tried to wrap a school tie around the victim's neck.
The victim struggled and fell to the floor.
The boy was then allegedly kicked him in the face, leaving him with a suspected broken nose and severe bruising.
Police confirmed they are investigating the incident.
At the time of going to press, no one at the school was available for comment.
