A ROBBER escaped with just 15p after attacking a 15-year-old boy and threatening him with a sharp object.
The balaclava-clad attacker followed the boy along London Road, past Chalkwell Park before pouncing on him in Westbourne Grove and throwing him to the floor.
The robber threatened the boy with a sharp shiny object, thought to be a knife, and held it against his stomach.
The terrified youngster handed over the loose change, and the robber walked off.
The boy was uninjured.
Police have only just released details about this attack, which happened at 5.15pm on Thursday April 17.
