CRAYLANDS finally has its own fish and chip shop after a businessman expanded his empire.

Kam Sinniah, who runs Craylands Food & Wine, in Norwich Walk, has taken on the lease of the premises next door, opening Uncle Kams chip shop and takeaway.

Although the row of shops faces demolition under major regeneration plans for the estate, the businessman said he decided to open up the estate's only chip shop because he was fed up with waiting for one!
