POLICE are investigating a two-car fire which threatened a nearby home.
Fire crews from Canvey station went to Waarden Road where the cars, a red Vauxhall Corsa and a nearby silver Ford Focus, were ablaze.
They were called about 7.30am this morning, and said the fire spread to a nearby bungalow with elderly residents inside.
Police are investigating the incident.
