Man assaulted during late night attack
A MAN was subjected to a late night attack in Southend.
The assault on the 23-year-old local man happened just before midnight on May 27 as he was walking along Wimborne Road in the direction of Bournemouth Park Road.
He was assaulted by a white man, aged 25 to 30, approximately 6ft tall with dark brown spiked hair.
He may have been wearing a checked shirt and blue jeans.
Anyone with information on his attack is asked to call PC Franklin at Southend priority crime team on 0300 333 4444.
