A 30-year-old woman has appeared in court after being charged with two robberies.
Katy Holmes, of no fixed address, was arrested on Thursday afternoon and charged yesterday with two counts of robbery.
She was charged with robbery and stealing a BMX bike and robbery and stealing a mobile phone.
Both offences are said to have happened on Wednesday, June 8, in Southend.
She appeared at Southend Magistrates' Court this morning and was remanded in custody to appear before Southend Crown Court on August 18.
