A WOMAN has denied selling unvaccinated puppies which later died from a pet shop.
Loretta Bastin, 59, denied at Chelmsford Magistrates Court on Tuesaday two separate charges of selling the Yorkshire terriers pups without required vaccinations from Runwell Kennels at her home in Meadow Lane, Wickford, last October.
She also denied two counts of failing to keep a record of the sale of the two animals in a register as required by her pet shop licence issued by Chelmsford Council.
Bastin, who no longer runs the business, faces a trial at the same court in August.
