A TEENAGER was robbed in Southend High Street in broad daylight.
The 16-year-old boy was walking past the Odeon cinema, towards Quernsway, when the robbers struck. One demanded to see his phone, before the other snatched it from his hand.
Both suspects are black, in their late teens, tall and skinny.
One wore a dark blue hoody, black body warmer, black jeans, and White and blue trainers. He had an African accent.
The other had a New York Yankees baseball cap, a beard but no moustache, and was drinking from a bottle of spirits. He had a foreign accent and spoke poor English.
It happened at about 5.30pm on Monday May 30.
