A 14-year-old has been charged with attempted murder after a man was stabbed in the neck.
The teenager from Southend was charged yesterday after the incident near Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, in which a 34-year-old man was stabbed.
Bedfordshire Police Serious Crime Unit charged the boy after the incident at a house in Linslade on April 30.
The victim survived after undergoing extensive surgery in hospital.
The Essex youngster was bailed to appear at Luton Youth Court on July 5.
