Firefighters are expected to remain at the scene of a massive wood blaze for days to come. .
The fire broke out at Rio Recycling in Stanford Road, Orsett in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
Intially it involved 100 tonnes of recycled wood but has now spread to 40,000 tonnes of wood chip.
Firefighters remain at the scene where the fire is burning under controlled circumstances.
