THE mobile phone of murdered schoolgirl Danielle Jones may have been hacked by News of the World reporters.

Speaking in an emergency debate on the phone hacking scandal, Labour MP Chris Bryant said he had been made aware that the 15-year-old’s phone was among those targeted.

Danielle went missing in June 2001 after leaving her home in Hayle, East Tilbury to go to school.

Her body was never found and her uncle Stuart Campbell was later convicted of her murder.
