A BUSINESS centre for small businesses is being expanded following a leap in demand for space.
The Dragon Enterprise Centre, in Stephenson Road, Leigh, is undergoing a £250,000 expansion to create 12 new offices, a second conference room, and increase the storage space it can offer firms.
The centre says the expansion is necessary because demand for its services has grown by 75 per cent since it opened in February 2010.
Centre director Sarah Bennett said: "I believe our expansion really does go to prove that the British business is getting back on track."
