SEVERAL road closures and speed limits will be put in place as Monday's eviction of Dale Farm gets underway.
Oak Road in Crays Hills will close between the junctions of Hardings Elm Road and its junction with Gardiners Lane North. Residents of Oak Road and Oak Lane will still be able to get to their homes and the alternative route to both locations will be via the A129 and Gardiners Lane.
A temporary 50mph speed limit will be put in place on sht Southend-bound track of the A127 from the Basildon slip road to the A132 exit. This is expected to stay in place for four weeks.
There will be a temporary "no stopping" restriction on the A127 on the footway or verge of both carriageways of the A127 between the junction with the Southend bound on-slip from the A176 and its junction with the off slip to the A132.
A lay-by on the north side of the A127, 815 metres east of the junction with Pipps Hill Road will also be put in place.
