Dale Farm travellers are threatening to sue Basildon Council after falling into holes dug during the eviction.
The few families left on site claim the council failed to reinstate electricity and two people fell into holes while walking in darkness.
Essex Police confirmed it assisted ambulance crews after a woman fell at Dale farm.
Nora Sheridan was pulled out by police, ambulance crews and council security staff before being taken to Basildon Hospital for treatment to back and neck injuries.
Jimmy Sheridan, from the site, said: “It took four police men, two ambulance crews and at least five security officers to get her out.”
Patrick Egan, 47, also fell and drove himself to hospital the next day, where it is said he was found to have broken his leg.
The council had to leave some families in caravans due to a technical error with the eviction, but a High Court order said it should reinstate their electricity at the lawful Dale Farm house.
Stuart Hardwicke-Carruthers, a campaigner for the travellers, said: “Mr Egan broke his leg and will be off work for six weeks, so there will be claims against the council.”
Basildon Council leader Tony Ball said he did not believe the council had been contacted about the holes. He said it will be investigated if and when the council receives a complaint.
Mr Ball said the issue of power the supply may have to go back to court because the electricity company has refused to reinstate the supply.
