VISITORS to Barleylands in Billericay can meet Santa, tuck into a mince pie and snap up some festive bargains all on the same night.
The craft village and farm’s annual Christmas evening will be making a welcome return on Friday November 25.
The event will be on at the Barleylands Road attraction from 4pm to 8pm, and will this year raise money for the Basildon based charity, the Burned Children’s Club.
Among the highlights will be Father Christmas arriving by special train, carols belted out by local choirs as well as live music.
The village’s array of quaint shops, studio and galleries will also be open, with chance to buy hand-crafted ceramics, glass ware and wood work.
Children can also fast track their Christmas list to Santa using the special post box and there will be plenty of fun activities laid on for younger visitors.
Parking and entry is free, although donations towards the charity are requested.
