DETECTIVES investigating a fight which left a talented footballer partially paralysed need to trace a man who they believe was involved.
The incicent happened behind the Sugar Hut in William Hunter Way, Brentwood, and Billericay Town goalkeeper Nick Morgan was rushed to hospital after being hurt when he apparently tried to break up the row.
Police visited Mr Morgan at Queen's Hospital in Romford yesterday and took a statement.
Officers have identified most of the men involved in the brawl but need to speak to a man who was wearing a white t-shirt at the time of the incident.
The trouble erupted around 2.30am on October 28.
Police urge the man who was wearig the white t-shirt to contact them at the Harlow Serious Crime team on 101, or 0300 333 4444.
