A MAN had his mobility scooter stolen while he was at church.
The victim, who is in his eighties, had left the scooter Our Lady of Lourdes church, in Cliffsea Grove, Leigh.
It happened between 7.40am and 8.40am on Sunday, November 27.
PC Hazel Williams, the investigating officer, said: “Were you out and about in Leigh on Sunday morning and see anyone acting suspiciously outside the church? Perhaps you saw someone riding a scooter matching this description in the vicinity or know where it has since turned up? Please get in touch with any information you have.”
