Minimaluxe styling tips!

Invest in a few key quality furniture pieces - invest in some high-quality furniture and try to find pieces with soft, rounded edges in high quality materials for a luxe look. On a budget? Upcycle vintage finds with Albany woodcare or colours from the Albany Design Collection.

Using wallpaper – this can be a great way to build layers within your scheme. Plain, lightly textured, high-quality wallpaper can make a huge difference to your space and there are so many to choose from with Albany wallpaper.

Styling accessories – selecting a few key pieces to style your space will bring in the finishing touches of luxury. Opt for a large piece of art to become the centre piece of your room. If you’re feeling creative, create your own minimalist piece using left over paint from your scheme for a cohesive look. Style the space using fresh foliage, coffee table books, candles, trays and frames for a luxe look, just remember not to over style the space as you do not want to ignore the minimalist element of the design.

Lighting – this can make a huge difference when elevating a space. A sculptural lamp and using uplighting can soften a space whilst highlighting key areas of your scheme.

Fabrics – using high quality fabrics to dress windows in your space will make such a difference to getting that quiet luxury look. With hundreds of fabrics to choose from with the Brewers bespoke made-to-measure service, see how you can elevate your space today https://www.brewers.co.uk/know-how/article/made-to-measure-service

Finally, if you’re working in a space without windows, you can introduce some softer touches through upholstery, rugs or decorative throws and cushions.
