ROCHFORD Hundred will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they travel to Romford & Gidea Park tomorrow.

Hundred, who are second from bottom in the London One North standings, have not triumphed in their last three matches.

But their first team manager Graham Pratt is expecting a tricky test against a Romford side eighth in the standings.

“It’s another away game and another difficult encounter,” said Pratt.

“The boys were pleased with how they played last Saturday at Luton and will want to continue that progress but Romford at Romford has been a bogey ground for us in recent seasons.

“Romford have adapted well to the new league but if we can match them up front with some aggression of our own then we have the backs who can do damage.”

Gavin Tusini will make a welcome return from injury in the centre in place of Nick Brown who is not available this week.

The in form second row Richard Mott is another player not available but Jake Knowles slots in there to partner Ross Murphy and James Needham comes into the back row.

Winger Tom Pickering keeps his place and is joined by Sam Barnes on the other wing. Basildon, who are 12th, will also be wanting to boost their survival hopes with a win but they face a tough looking game at third place Letchworth Garden City.

In London Three North East, fourth placed South Woodham Ferrers will be confident of get back to winning ways against East London.

Woodham were beaten 17-5 by Wanstead last time out but should be far too strong for an East London side who have lost all eight of their games so far this season.

Canvey Island shocked high flying Norwich 20-5 in their last outing and will be looking to build on that when they travel to Cantabrigian.

In Essex One, Billericay head to Millwall and, in Essex Two, Pegasus Palmerians are away to Brightlingsea.
