GAMES are coming thick and fast for us at the moment and that continues with a very hard match against Bradford City at Roots Hall tomorrow.

Like ourselves they've been in great form in the last few weeks.

And it has all the makings of a good game.

We haven't lost in 11 matches now and that has seen me shortlisted for the manager of the month award for November.

The final decision will be announced this morning but if it was up to me it the award would be renamed team of the month because everyone plays a big part in the success.

All my staff, the players and everyone connected with the club have been superb and all deserve the recognition, not just the manager.

I've been lucky enough to have won 13 of 14 manager of the month awards throughout my career and I'm actually using the last one I won as a door stop at the moment.

But hopefully I can receive a few more this season as that means we will be doing well and getting more good results.

MO FARAH GETS MY VOTE

IT'S BBC Sports Personality of the Year time again on Sunday and it's very hard to decide who should win it.

I don't think there's ever been a year with so many strong contenders.

But if Andy Murray is down as Scottish and not British then of course I'm going to be voting for him.

However, all jokes aside, I think Mo Farah deserves to win the award.

He won both the 5,000m and 10,000m at the Olympics which I don't think many people can have done before.

And both of the races he won were very exciting and among the best moments of the London Games.

I DIDN'T WATCH PENALTY SHOOT OUT

I'VE had a look back at the Bury game on DVD now and there was nothing in the game at all.

The pitch was difficult to play on and made it very hard for both teams who did well to get the match finished.

But it was great to get through.

I didn't watch the penalty shoot out because I never do and that tells you all you need to know about what I think about them.

However, it was a nice moment for Daniel Bentley who did very well on the night and it's good to have got through to the third round.

We don't know who we're going to be playing just yet after Bradford were reinstated but it brings in more finances for the football club and a good cup run can also generate much excitement.

FAN-TASTIC TO SEE

I'D again like to thank the fans for the fantastic support they have given the team in the last few weeks.

Fleetwood is a very, very long way to go but we had nearly 400 fans which is fantastic.

I'm still frustrated we didn't win the game, as I can't see anything wrong with Anthony Straker's goal that was disallowed, but the backing we received was greatly appreciated by everyone.

It was a similar story for the FA Cup replay against Bury as that was played on a bitterly cold evening.

And I hope the supporters will get right behind us again this weekend as it really does make a big difference to us.
