WESTCLIFF will have a third successive London One North victory in their sights when they host Brentwood tomorrow.
Westcliff have kicked off the new campaign with two convincing victories to move to the top of the table.
And skipper Rob Smith wants to keep that going this weekend.
“We’ve started well and we want more of the same against Brentwood now,” said Smith.
“We played them in the Essex Cup last season but I think both teams will be vastly different from that game so we’re entering the unknown a little bit to be honest.
“However, our confidence is obviously high after the start we’ve made and it’s another game we’re looking forward to.”
Brentwood have made a mixed start to the season, beating Chingford on the opening day before losing 24-18 at home to Gidea Park & Romford last weekend.
>THURROCK will be hoping for a case of third time lucky in National League Three when they travel to Bury St Edmunds tomorrow.
Thurrock have lost their first two games of the season.
