SOUTHEND United goalkeeper Daniel Bentley feels ready to deal with whatever Millwall will be throwing his way this weekend, both on and off the pitch.
The talented shot-stopper found his previous visit to the New Den – back in 2010 - a daunting experience.
But the 22-year-old now feels far more equipped to cope in difficult circumstances.
“I’ve been there once as a pro when I was about 16 and it was certainly hostile,” said Bentley.
“It was daunting back then if I’m honest but I’m more experienced now.
“I’ll just be doing what I normally do and as a team we have to hope and expect to pick up the three points.
“We need to be ready for what they will throw at us but we need the win and a clean sheet too.”
