JAKUB Sokolik is to be offered a contract to stay at Southend United, Echosport understands.
The centre-back, who has previously enjoyed two loan spells with the Shrimpers, has been on trial at Roots Hall this summer.
And he is now expected to be handed another new deal at Roots Hall.
Defender William Edjenguele and striker Ronan Murray had also been on trial at Blues but neither of them are expected to be offered a contract by boss Phil Brown.
