BILLERICAY Town have signed National League pair Scott Doe and Liam Hughes, owner Glenn Tamplin has confirmed.
Tamplin took to social media to announce the signings as he looks to bolster Town’s squad ahead of the final three months of the season.
Defender Doe, 29, has made 327 appearances for Dagenham & Redbridge, captaining the side and playing in the 2010 Play Off Final at Wembley.
However, his contract was cancelled by mutual consent earlier this month after he failed to nail down a starting spot this season.
Attacker Hughes, 25, has already played for Barrow and Guiseley in the National League this term although he lost all six matches he played in for the latter.
The duo join a week after midfielder Luke Rooney also made the move to the AGP Arena.
