SOUTHEND United defender Harry Lennon suffered a suspected broken leg in this afternoon's 3-2 defeat at Bolton Wanderers.
Lennon was stretchered off just moments after heading the Shrimpers in front.
And Blues boss Sol Campbell now fears Lennon will not play again this season.
"We think Harry has fractured has fibula," said Campbell.
"It’s a long-term injury and it’s his season finished really.
"He’s just started to get back in and he’s done really well.
"When it rains it really pours but we’ve got to group together and keep it going."
