Wanted - QPR have tabled an offer for Southend United striker Charlie Kelman
QUEENS Park Rangers have tabled an offer for Southend United striker Charlie Kelman, Echosport understands.
The 18-year-old forward came through the ranks at Roots Hall and has scored eight goals in 35 games.
Kelman was on the bench for Blues against Morecambe on Saturday and has also attracted interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Swansea City.
