BILLERICAY Town are in action tonight at home to Braintree Town in the FA Trophy, reports Leon Imber.
It will be the hosts’ first match of December as a COVID-19 outbreak within the club postponed their matches at the start of the month.
But back in action tonight, they will be confident that they can pick up a good result against a struggling Braintree side.
The Iron currently sit at the bottom of the National League South table, with seven points from their opening 10 matches.
Billericay are only one point better off in the standings but have a game in hand on many other teams around them, and tonight will be Town’s first match since the sacking of Jamie O’Hara as manager.
The home side will be managed by interim boss Dan Brown.
