PITSEA Running Club start the first of their summer season Wednesday night 5K runs next week.
These begin at Westley Heights Country Park at the rear of The Crown (Harvester) pub in High Road, Langdon Hills.
The race starts at 7.30pm. Entry is £1 (on the night only) with all proceeds going to charity.
All standards are welcome, so why not challenge your neighbour and get fit for the summer.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
