SOUTH Woodham Ferrers Inline Rollerspeed Skating team enjoyed a fruitful day's racing at the British Indoor Championships in Sheffield.
The event brought to a close a successful indoor season for the team, with members racing in inter-club categories over a variety of distances and in two-person relays.
The day's biggest success saw Daniel Smith and Harry Hoare win the British indoor junior boys relay title.
The pair also took silver and bronze medals respectively in their inter-club race.
In the junior girls' relay, Hannah Bye and Louise Sullivan secured the silver.
In the pupil boys' race Conor Mullins came in second, with Taylor Scott winning the bronze medal in the mini boys.
In the mini girls' event Ellie Mullins took the silver, with Maya Bathgate just behind with bronze.
Despite their tremendous efforts in the mini boys race, Albert Bishop and Jordan Woodward narrowly missed out on medal positions.
Manager Alan Moore and coach Chanelle Moore are now preparing the team for the beginning of the outdoor season later this month.
