Premier Division TWO goals by McKean and another by Brandon kept Ford Basildon at the top of the league but goal difference may decide the championship and this 3-2 win over Dunmow did not help their cause.
A pair by Thomas was just enough to give Benfleet the edge over Old Parmiterians and a 2-1 win with Luck scoring for the loosers.
Division One BOTH sides are battling for top spot so it was perhaps inevitable that Frenford Senior and Sporting Club Henderson would cancel each other out.
East (2) scored for Frenford Senior, Finch and Hardy for Sporting Club Henderson in the 2-2 draw.
Keeping themselves in the mix are Maidonians, who scored through Redmond and Wilson to beat Ludlows by 2-0.
Division Two East CHAMPIONS Rochford Town ended their season by defeating Sporting Club Woodham Reserves 1-0 thereby condemning their opponents to relegation.
Great Danes needed a win at Galleywood to secure runners-up spot but Galleywood had other ideas and ran out winners by 4-0 handing Old Chelmsfordians second place.
One time league leaders Ford Basildon Reserves finished their fixtures with a sound 3-0 win at Pavilion United. Knellar, Crudgington and Williams nabbed the goals.
Division Two West FIRST played second and it was long time favourites Great Berry Rangers who won and leapfrogged Herongate Athletic Reserves into top spot.
Carlier and Smythe netted for Herongate Athletic Reserves, while Wright, Irons, Davis, Epstein and Midge hit the goal that gave their side a 5-2 win and unless they make a hash of their final fixtures the title.
Cliff and Walsh scored for Old Parmiterian Reserves but that was not enough to prevent them losing 3-2 to Chipping Ongar.
The Old Boys must now get four points from two matches to be sure to retain their status.
Division Three East SHENFIELD Reserves with goals by Smith and Henderson held Vichouse Sports to a 2-2 draw.
Those goals by Coughlan and Warner earning a point for Vichouse Sports means they are crowned champions.
But a point from four games will mean they will head the table on points rather than goal difference as at present.
West Billericay are desperate to keep out of the bottom two and goals by Player and Auvanche helped them to a 2-1 win at FOBS to avoid that, Callow netted for FOBS.
Division Three West THE run in for champions Newbury Park has been littered with player problems and Springfield Reserves took advantage and the points in a 3-2 win, where Katsiounis and Ewers scored for Newbury Park.
A single goal by Maskell was enough to earn all three points for Sporting Club Henderson Reserves in the 1-0 defeat of Hannnakins Farm. Another win and they will be runners-up.
