CONCORD Rangers are right back in the title race after current leaders Enfield 1893 suffered a shock 3-1 home defeat at the hands of Romford last night.
Canvey-based Concord were beating Hullbridge Sports 5-0 at the same time with a hat-trick from Danny Heale and single strikes from Nicky Cowley and substitute Tommy Lee.
Now Concord look set for the championship and elevation to Ryman One North if they can win their last three games.
The league season is set for a fantastic finale when Concord visit the third team chasing the title, Barkingside on the final day on Saturday week.
Southend Manor's hopes of a top six finish were boosted with a 3-0 home win over bottom club London APSA.

At Tilbury, hosts Eton Manor got home 3-2 against Bowers and Pitsea.
