SOUTHEND assistant manager Paul Brush is full of praise for the way Carlisle have performed this season.
The Cumbrians are hunting automatic promotion from League One and are currently in second table, seven points behind champions elect Swansea.
"Carlisle are a good passing side who are very patient too," he said.
"They move between a 4-3-3 and 4-5-1 very well and the dangerman, apart from the goalscorer Dann Graham, is Marc Bridge-Wilkinson.
"He isn't a striker or a midfielder and is an awkward one to follow so we will have to keep an eye on him."
