CANVEY Island secured their place in the Ryman One North play-offs with a 2-0 win over Enfield Town thanks to goals from Leon Gordon and Ian Luck.
The Gulls will now travel to AFC Sudbury on Tuesday night in the play-off semi-finals, with the winner progressing to the final next Saturday where they will face either Ware or Redbridge.
It was a good day for the island as Concord Rangers claimed the Essex Senior League crown on goal difference from Enfield 1893.
Rangers beat Barkingside 1-0 and the win means they will be playing in Ryman One North next season.
Tilbury travelled to Arlesey Town and returned with a 4-2 win, while Thurrock rivals Aveley also netted four times as they beat Bury Town 4-1 at Mill Field.
But there was disappoinment for Great Wakering Rovers as they lost 1-0 away to Northwood.
Ryman Premier league action saw Billericay Town lose 1-0 at New Lodge to visitors Staines Town.
But East Thurrock United came away from Harlow Town with all the points following a 2-1 win in their Essex derby.
