WE want to win the game tomorrow, make no mistake about it.

Form may not always mean too much going into the play-offs but I think it's important we get the three points against Port Vale.

It will be nice to finish off the league season with a win and we want to give our fans a good send off.

They have come out to support us again superbly this year and we want them to have plenty more to cheer and sing about.

Before the game, the results for the player of the year and goal of the season will be announced and if I was voting I would give them both to Nicky Bailey.

There have been a lot of good performances throughout the team again, but I think Bails has been the most consistent and has done well to score 11 goals.

One of those was away to Millwall when he volleyed home from long range and in my opinion that has been the best of our bunch.

Speaking of awards, we went to the PFA do in London last weekend and it was an excellent night.

Matt Le Tisser did a speech which was very funny, but it was no surprise to see Ronaldo and Cesc Fabregas walk away with the awards.

We all enjoyed that and adding to the banter Soccer AM came down yesterday to film the crossbar challenge with us. It did get struck at least once but I'm not going to ruin the surprise for anyone who may be tuning in tomorrow morning.

All I will say is that none of the coaching staff managed it and their shots must have bounced at least four times before they even reached the penalty area.

Franck Moussa was just as bad and he has been getting plenty of stick, along with Lee Barnard and Alex Revell.

Barney has been given the nickname porcelain because he's very delicate and has to miss training when he loses an eyelash or breaks a nail.

I don't think he has trained for a full week since he joined because of injury and Revs, who never seems to stop smiling, is getting abuse for looking like a horse!
