CANVEY Island secured a 1-0 win at Bognor Regis Town in the Isthmian Premier.
Evans Kouassi bagged the only goal of the game to keep Canvey fourth in the table.
At the other end of the table, third from bottom Bowers & Pitsea lost 4-1 at ninth placed Horsham.
Billericay Town were without a game as their match at Hastings United was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch as was Concord Rangers’ scheduled match at home to Dartford in National League South.
In Isthmian North, table-topping Hashtag United have now won 21 league games in a row after beating Felixstowe & Walton 1-0 on Saturday.
Tags remain nine points clear of second placed AFC Sudbury who beat 13th placed Basildon United 5-0.
Elsewhere, eighth placed East Thurrock United lost 1-0 at Gorleston who are 14th while Great Wakering Rovers lost 4-1 at home to fourth placed Stowmarket.
Wakering, who went into the game having won their last two outings, are third from bottom in the table.
In the Essex Senior League, White Ensign lost 2-0 at Woodford Town and are 12th in the table.
