TENNIS: The finals of the Essex Summer Cups have been held at Cranston Park LTC.
The Men’s Senior Cup was retained by Gidea Park I, beating Billericay I (3 – 1) while the Ladies Senior Cup was retained by Grove (Saffron Walden) I, beating Thorpe Bay.
The Men’s Intermediate Cup was won by Great Baddow who beat Hockley.
