SOUTHEND United are back in court tomorrow.

The Shrimpers will be appearing in Basildon Magistrates' Court on Tuesday afternoon.

And the Echo understands it is down to a disputed power bill.

Blues are currently fighting to survive on and off the pitch and sit bottom of the National League table after being deducted 10 points for financial irregularities.

The club are also back in the High Court on October 4 and have been warned they will be wound up if they do not pay off their debt to HMRC.

The Shrimpers are due to host Maidenhead United at Roots Hall on Tuesday night but currently have just 12 players available.
