SOUTHEND United supporters will be able to hear from the club's new owners at an exclusive evening being held by the club in the New Year.
The consortium's takeover of the Shrimpers will be officially rubber-stamped in January after exchanging contracts with club chairman Ron Martin.
And those taking charge will be in attendance at the Cliffs Pavilion, on Thursday January 25, to speak with fans.
A post on the club's website confirmed: "It will be supporters’ first chance to hear directly from members of the consortium about their exciting plans, to ask questions about the immediate future and to gain an insight into their long-term vision for the football club.
"It promises to be a fascinating evening for all Blues supporters.
"Taking place on Thursday 25th January 2024, this is a not-for-profit club event, with admission prices only in place to cover the costs for hosting in a suitable venue for as many fans as possible."
Tickets are now on sale to season card holders here.
Tickets will go on general sale on Friday December 29 at 12pm, again from the Cliffs Pavilion’s website, with all orders capped at six tickets.
Tickets are priced at £5 for season card holders and £10 for non-season card holders.
