EBBSFLEET United have confirmed Danny Searle will be remaining as head coach.

Searle had been in charge of the Kent club on a caretaker basis.

But the former Aldershot boss will now be remaining in charge.

A post on the club's website said: "Ebbsfleet United are pleased to confirm that Danny Searle has been appointed as the club’s new permanent manager following his period as interim head coach.

"With previous experience in the National League, the League of Ireland, at Premier League academy level and abroad, the UEFA Pro-licensed coach is fully up to speed with the Fleet squad and has already made great strides at the Kuflink Stadium as the team head into the final third of the league season.

"Working alongside Danny will be Anwar Uddin as assistant manager who has also featured in the Fleet dugout on an interim basis this past fortnight."

Ebbsfleet are currently second from bottom in the table, two points below Southend United.
