SOUTHEND United fans have their say on Monday's 4-2 win against Boreham Wood.
An excellent first half performance, that was a joy to watch. Danny Waldron the pick of 11 great performances.

We saw the key to our success next season, bringing the best from competition for places, typified in a player today. Waldron showed the hunger of someone who has sat out for a couple of games. Not to mention Morton. This season has truly been one to remember and today was great.

Whilst I thought the opposition were arguably the worst I’ve ever seen us play in a league game, I thought we played some brilliant stuff today. Some of the passing patterns were lovely to watch. Waldron my man of the match. Played with a point to prove and he did just that.
@FarmdogSUFC
Taylor is a rock as always in defence and should be player of the season. Cav back to his best with Danny showing why he should get more mins in the last few games. Gus as always leading by example. Oh and a bit of a shout out to our captain Ralph, always seem to go under the radar.

Really good to get the better of what has become a bit of a bogey side. Good performances across the pitch and was pleasing to see Morton and Waldron play the way they did having being newer additions to the Blues squad.
@JamieWSF
Great team performance. Thought Waldron had a good game, chased every ball. Morton was my man of the match. Thought Coker played well. Nice to see Kens and Taylor back together. All in all an enjoyable match.

Boys played well today, thought Waldron was exceptional and Bridge was great. Good atmosphere and nice to extend the unbeaten run. Onto next Tuesday
@callum_southend
Much improved performance- we took the chances that we created. Hopefully a sign of what next season can bring. Morton and Waldron had their best games so far. Taylor so good at the back.
@AndrewHackling
Great first half performance with Waldron playing his best 45 minutes since he came here with two brilliant assists! Sloppy start to the second half, an early goal from them and we lost our shape for a while. A fortunate penalty decision though sealed the game and extends the run to 13!
@tommyharris57
Well rounded performance today. Did well to give ourselves the margin we had. However even at 3-0 up you could sense Boreham Wood were threatening, never really felt comfortable even when so far ahead. Waldron and Bridge were class and Gus' passion is unmatched!

Good win against a poor side in Boreham Wood. Danny Waldron was my man of the match setting up three goals. First half Southend were scintillating, second half good.
