SOUTHEND United will face Boston United in the National League next season.
Boston made sure of promotion with a 2-1 win against Brackley Town in the National League North play-off final this afternoon.
Despite the final score-line it was Brackley who broke the deadlock with Morgan Roberts firing them in front after 34 minutes.
However, Keaton Ward equalised just before the break and Boston made sure of their win with Jimmy Knowles scoring from the spot.
Boston finished sixth in the table but are now celebrating promotion along with champions Tamworth.
