SOUTHEND United boss Kevin Maher has confirmed there are no imminent new signings for the Shrimpers.
Maher has added defender Joe Gubbins and striker Josh Walker to his squad so far this summer.
But, when asked if any other new signings were close to being completed, Maher replied: “No, nothing at the minute.
“We’re looking all the time and we’re getting sent loads of names but we know the areas we need. It’s about narrowing it down.”
